Sparkling wine with a brilliant straw yellow color with some greenish reflections. With a lively perlage, it has aromas of good intensity with floral hints of acacia flowers and fruity hints of yellow apple. The taste is fresh and dry; on the palate it is dry and harmonious.

Pairings: Recommended as an aperitif, with appetizers in general, and light vegetable first courses.

Alcohol volume: 11%
Service temperature: 5-7° C, opening the bottle right before consumption.
Residual sugar: about 5 g/l.
